The box came with all the pieces but each unit had its own instructions. Chair, left arm chair, and armless chair all used same pieces but each piece was marked differently (same seatback marked A for chair but marked J for armless chair, while 3rd seatback not marked at all. 3 pieces marked with letters not in the instructions. Also no instructions for right hand chair only full chair minus an arm.Took me hours to figure it out when it should have been easier.Very lightweight wood so not sure how durable but cushions and cushion covers are well made.
